Now Go to Template >> Edit HTML

Inside the blogger code editor find out this below tag

<b:include data='post' name='post'/>

Now replace above code with below code

<b:if cond='data:blog.url == data:blog.homepageUrl'>
    <b:loop values='data:post.labels' var='label'>
        <b:if cond='data:label.name != "LABEL"'>
            <b:include data='post' name='post' />
        </b:if>
    </b:loop>
    <b:else/>
    <b:include data='post' name='post' />
</b:if>

you can change LABEL to your label name

If you want to use Multiple Labels in Homepage use this code

<b:if cond='data:blog.url == data:blog.homepageUrl'>
    <b:loop values='data:post.labels' var='label'>
        <b:if cond='data:label.name != "FIRST LABEL"'>
            <b:include data='post' name='post' />
        </b:if>
        <b:if cond='data:label.name != "SECOND LABEL"'>
            <b:include data='post' name='post' />
        </b:if>
    </b:loop>
    <b:else/>
    <b:include data='post' name='post' />
</b:if>

Change your FIRST LABEL and SECOND LABEL to your label

Hope this will work
