How to decrease time it takes to redirect?

#1

Hey, I’m using pages on blogger to redirect to social media (since youtube won’t let me link to them). I’ve successfully linked to them, but it takes like 5 seconds on the page first before redirecting. At first, I thought it was just loading all the html first, but I stripped it down to 34 lines (as little as blogger would allow me) and i still have the same problem.

I was suspicious about the line : <html b:version='2' class='v2' expr:dir='data:blog.languageDirection' xmlns='http://www.w3.org/1999/xhtml' xmlns:b='http://www.google.com/2005/gml/b' xmlns:data='http://www.google.com/2005/gml/data' xmlns:expr='http://www.google.com/2005/gml/expr'>

I should mention that I know next to nothing about html, just a bit of basic stuff. But, am I right in assuming that this lets google monitor the page? Is this what’s slowing it down? Please Help

Thanks.
